I am essentially flawed.Work and life is getting to me,feeling damn frustrated,my trigger point is extremely low and have become very very trigger-happy,snapping at anything that comes near. Stupid life and a stupid me.

I realize that becoming aware of my emotions and letting it be is the fastest way to get over it.

This is Dan Osman, A very stupid guy in many people's eyes and a god of climbing for few others.I haven't made up my mind yet. He died. Simple fact. But he did what he wanted to do in life and died doing that. Now what he wanted to do seems very stupid for many people but it does not for many others. I cannot explain why.You can either be awed or scared by this video, you can idolize or vilify him. I don't care, i just put it up here because i liked it.

Out of Office note from one of my clients.Had me in splits.

I will be out of the office Friday through Monday returning on Tuesday.

My wife is having a family reunion this weekend - - - at a trailer park in Las Vegas. They do this reunion thing every year somewhere in the states or in Canada.

I always have to bite my tongue at these affairs because the family claims through descendancy to be related to all of the following:

George Washington
Abraham Lincoln
The Roosevelts (both Teddie and Franklin)
Ronald Reagan
The George Bushs'
Lady Diana Spencer
All of the rich Spencers in England
William of Orange - the King of Holland as well as the current royal family of the Netherlands

They have these big massive descendancy charts to prove all of the above. Now I am no genius, but I took a bunch of statistics in college and learned about "curve fitting" where you can prove just about anything if you can manipulate and lie enough with statistics.

I find it rather ironic that there are no thieves and murderers in the charts. But I find it especially ironic that they have all of this blue blood running through their veins and yet they are holding the reunion in a trailer park !!!! Other years the reunions were held in cattle barns, saloons, and back rooms of pancake houses.

A few years ago, their super gigantic international reunion was at a bowling alley in Fargo!!! At the time, I casually and innocently and humbly inquired for some enlightenment as to why, with all of this blue blood, they were holding an international family reunion in a bowling alley in Fargo (The stench from cheap beer was awful) and not in some European palace or at least at George Washington's house. Also, why none of the Spencers and no European Royalty seemed to be present at the bowling alley? Were they all at the bar? Stuck in Fargo traffic?

However, they didn't take too kindly to that interrogation and after having cheap beer poured all over my head I have since restrained myself from ever raising the subject again.

I will be home all morning on Friday.

Have a great weekend.

Live forever????What????

In a recent poll 'Live Forever' came as the best ever british song ever. WT %&^%&!!!!!! (YES,those are the words that come out of my mouth when i hear this,i wish i had better words to show my dis-approval).

Here is the top ten according to them.

01. Live Forever - Oasis
02. Wonderwall - Oasis
03. Don't Look Back In Anger - Oasis
04. I Am the Resurrection - Stone Roses
05. Love Will Tear Us Apart - Joy Division
06. Bitter Sweet Symphony - The Verve
07. My Generation - The Who
08. I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor - Arctic Monkeys
09. London Calling - The Clash
10. Champagne Supernova - Oasis

Come on!! 'Live Forever' is not the even the best song of 'Oasis',forget best british song ever. The Beatles do not even feature in the top ten. What happened to Led Zeppelin,Black Sabbath,Rolling stones,Iron maiden, pink floyd?????

All of these songs in the top ten list are good songs but definitely not the best.I am a very very big fan of 'Oasis' ,they are a fantabulous band, no doubt!!
Even if you want to put an oasis song on the top ,you have other fantastic songs 'Champagne supernove' 'Wonderwall' , or maybe 'the masterplan' ,put that but not 'Live Forever'.

I know music is very relative but what infuriates me is a totally stupid poll like this makes headlines on the internet on all the music sites. Then i guess I will have to exercise my freedom and denounce this list vehemently!! I dont even know who the hell voted.Morons!! Boy!! Am i seething!!You can make an omlette on my head! Lol!!

Sorry for this post and the language used(an extended study into the language of english has made me insensitive to the appropriate usage of words :),i have realised that using slang words gives me more satisfation in venting out my emotions), but i love my music!!wink.
Really nice song, i liked the video a lot! Well done rahman!

7 miles today in an hour.I absolutely love running nowadays. I get this 'high' once i cross a certain mark, a feeling of pure ecstasy, heightened senses, i can feel every cell in my body, i become aware of my heart beat,my breathing, every nerve pulsating,i get this tingling sensation, its like going into a zone.

"It is true that many creative people fail to make mature personal relationships, and some are extremely isolated. It is also true that,in some instances, trauma , in the shape of early separation or bereavement , has steered the potentially creative person toward developing aspects of his personality which can find fulfillment in comparative isolation. But this does not mean that solitary, creative pursuits are themselves pathological...

Avoidance behaviour is a response designed to protect the infant from behavioural disorganization. If we transfer this concept to adult life,we can see that an avoidant infant might very well develop into a person whose principal need was to find some kind of meaning and order in life which was not entirely, or even chiefly, dependent upon interpersonal relationships"
